CryptGPT provides access to AI language models via an OpenAI-compatible API. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Account and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API keys.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to circumvent safety measures
Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
Resell or redistribute API access without authorization

5. Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond your email address (provided by Stripe for billing).
API keys are the only form of authentication.
We do not store conversation history on our servers.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
Free tier is available without payment.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
